@Coulomb I have a 6.2kw Kodak inverter that I have send to the suppliers to repair but after a wille thy did not fix it a so thy send it back not repaired . I then ordered a new main board and put it in but know it give a F57 fault can it be that I have plug someting in wrong

But if I am correct you can put them all 3 in parrallel even if they have different firmware I dit it with OG 10

I assume that the top photo above is from below. The melting of the fuse's heatshrink tubing strongly suggests that there is resistance around that fuse. The soldering may be imperfect Yes it is the fues top and bottom. I have put some morê solder on it but havent tested the resistors. Wil test the resistors and see what the values are

So what is strange is that it powers up from the battery with nothing ells connected but the inverter and the battery but because it thinks ther is no battery it shuts down after few seconds

It was working with a battery Is the clicking sound from the inverter or the battery? It is from the inverter What sort of battery is it? Is it known good? What is its capacity. It is 2x Hubble am2 I have open the inverter to check if it is the fuse in side and then I found a burn on the pc board I wil att a photo for you

I have a 8kw axpert max inverter that is not seeing the battery when I mesure on the inverter battery terminals the battary power is there I can even here the cliking sound when i swhitch the battery braker on but the inverter is not bringing in the battery power @Coulomb

Got 3 Kodak OG10 in 3 phase setup off grid that sometimes doesn’t start the screens up when solar power comes on in the morning I have attached a photo showing the problem then when you disconnect the solar power and reconnect it , they start up.

At the moment they are only connected to them selfs with n can cable then all the inverters are set to setting #5 use and setting #26 55.7v setting #27 54.8v and Setting #29 48v. I dit order the can to converter and are going to put it on inverter P1 and then leave P2 and P3 on use.

I have already ordered the Freedom won converter box it will arrive tomorrow. All inverters was on 56.07 firmware until one went into error 90 yesterday so I am updating them to 56.09 as this correct error 90 with out a patch I will then also let freedom won support check if the batteries are on the same profile

I have a client with 3xkodak OG10 connected in P1 P2 P3 with 2x Freedom Won 30/24 batteries and the cut off voltage are 48v and they do not turn the power back on even if the voltage are 53v

Do you know on what percentage will the inverters put the power back on when they are in an off grid situation were there are no grid power available and the inverters has put the power of on the cut off voltage.

If 3x Kodak OG10 are setup as P1 P2 P3 which one is the master wil it be P1 and how would the battery be used can it be set in setting #5 to lib or will the two inverters that the battery bms cable aren’t connected to give the error 61

@Coulomb do you know on what percentage must the batteries be for the inverter to switch on power in an off grid system

I have n solar assistant pi thet I am going to try

On a off grid settup where there are only solar input and no grid input at night the battery will go down until cut off voltage then the inverters will shutdown until the solar power put the inverters back on then it wil charge the battery. So until what % will it charge the battery before it wil put on the power and can that % also be set somewhere

Hi thanks for the reply do you maybe know what is the difference between the two firmware for the 10kw inverters the one is 56.09. And the author one is 82.06

Can you control a kodak og 10 cut off voltage with a pi that are connected between the battery and inverter the reson that I ask is because the inverter can only be set to 48v and for my battery it needs to be on 49v @Coulomb
