Hi Coulomb It is Axpert Max 8Kw Main cpu firmware version is 46.05 Secondary cpu firmware version 12.06

Do the Sunsynk 12kw 3 phase inverter give 4kw per phase or 12kw per phase

Is there a way to set Axpert Max cut off voltage setting # 29 to 49v as the highest that I can set it at the moment is 48v but some limtium battery’s need to be set at 49v

Can the generator also be a firmware issue. I have tried many different generators all do the same. When switch off the solar and the battery then the generator works but then your battery doesn’t charge. If I put the generator on my “axpert mks I” everything is working perfect.

I tried it on two Axpert max inverters in parallel with the freedom won 10/8 batterye and freedom won canbus to rs485 converter. The master inverter works fine but the slave inverter give me the error 61 so I phoned the thech support at freedom one and they advised me to put the slave inverter setting #05 use and input everything manually and the master inverter setting #05 should still stay on LIB. So then that made a new problem the master inverter give me a massage 60 witch in the freedom won manuel it say I should ignore because it wil go away when the battery levels go up but the freedom won converter drops the charging amps of the master inverter to 10amps and cause the battery to be not fully charge during the whole day and it also puts the inverter into bypass mode. So then I went back to the client and put both Inverters setting #05 use and set everything manually know its running well again and the client is happy again

Should this cable work with inverters in parallel I have them in parallel but the inverters with out the cable stil show error 61 the one with the cable plugged into it is fine

What I mean by mixing is say I have two axpert 8k inverter in parallel and I am on sbu setting my load is 9kw and my pv can only bring in 7kw then the inverter wil take 3kw from the battery until the battery volts drops to what it is set in setting 12 then it wil go to grid. So if I am on sub setting and the load is 9kw and my pv bring in 7kw will the inverters take 3kw from grid or will it go into bypass and take all 9kw from the grid.

Is it possible for the Axpert max to mix the solar and grid like it mix the solar and battery power

What is the latest firmware for the Axpert max 7.2kw inverter and are there any patch version

Hi I want to know if the inverter say that the pv can take 4000w does that mean I can put up a pv string of 5000w but the axpert inverter wil only let 4000w in or will it damage the inverter.

I have 3x axpert kings in parallel with 4x 3.5 pylontech batteries the master axpert king is connected to the pylontetech batteries and it is working fine with out any errors but the two slave axpert kings keeps giving me the error 61 should they ten also be connected to the batteries with the com cable
