  1. Thanks Mohammad. I think they didn't test it in a 45oC climate 😅. I'll stick to the 60.89 and I'm going to update the MCU at evening to 25.12
  2. Sure, its USB to TTL (CH340), pins as in the photo.
  3. Is this the correct firmware? the version is 56.97 in the directory name. As @Tarek Yagsaid, provide us with a photo of the sticker of your inverter. For flashing firmware I use a USB to serial cable (photo attached) and connected directly to the controller board. (it's ugly but works).
  4. It's a sorotec 5.5k 48v off-grid inverter Yes that exactly what i meant, thanks for the quick answer, actually I'm working on updating the firmware of 150+ Sorotec inverters of both 3.5 and 5.5kw, and in fact what wondering me is I heared that someone was able to convert a 48v inverter to 24v (I believe it's voltronic) but I didn't know how, and waiting the answer from who told me this. I'll keep you posted if a get a clear answer.
  5. Hi everyone. I know this sounds crazy, but I have two inverters with the same model and brand, a 3.5Kw and 5.5Kw, both with the exact same controller, same firmware with different values for sure. So, is it possible to convert the 5.5kw to work with 24v batteries instead of 48v without problems?
  6. Hi all, I talked to @mhd_murad and he had a problem with MCU firmware 25.12 in saving settings. He can change and save the settings by only using WatchPower, but directly from the display it won't save the changes, so he rolled back to 25.08
  7. Hi, I got this firmware (50.81) from Sorotec for REVO VM II Pro 3.5 and 5.5Kw inverters and I think it may be useful for someone. The changes include reducing the PV normal operating voltage from 120 to 60 volts; adding a Lithium battery in battery type and other settings that I didn't get the chance to go through. VMII-PRO-05150-08-S1-1.hex
  8. Finally, my account works. I've tried the 60.95, the fans become so quiet and SLOW with minor speed changes when charging and on higher load; due to the hot weather now in Syria, I've checked the fans and the blown air is so hot and I didn't feel it's fine. I flashed back the 60.89, the fans speed is a little bit higher but it's more reasnoble in hot climate places and speed change is noticable.
