  1. SunSynk 5kW, 8kW and 12kW latest firmware version

    I have an 8kW Sunsynk inverter. I was advised by Sunsynk support that were upgrading the firmware after I contact them via the support chat to query why my battery was not assisting the load when the PV gen was not sufficient even when tge SOC was 97% Now the firmware is COMM:E43D - MCU:6027-1724 I have no idea what version was in the inverter before. Is there some way of determining what the previous version was?

    I am preparing my installation at home for the connection of an 8kW Sunsynk inverter. Can someone give me the dimensions of the reverse power blocking CT. I need to know how much space will be required to fit the CT in the Main Distribution board between the meter and the Main Switch.
