Axpert MKS Plus 3kVA 2400W 24V Hybrid Inverter BlueNova BN26V-154-4k 6 x Renewsys Deserv 260W At irregular times my BlueNova beeps an error and the inverter elso beeps then the battery and inverter shuts down The battery gives an error message VprechFAIL "Pre-charge Failure " After shutting down waiting a short while the system can be switched on and runs as if noting happened anybody have any idea what this means ??

If it is a relay where do I go in south africa to have it fixed; I have had the inverter for 15 months installed for 6 months

After some assistance from my son it seems my problem is a relay that tries to kick in but does not stay ... keeps on switching (clicking sound)

Thanks again but this is far above my "pay grade" Watching to see what happens if inverter is not tied to grid My first installation was 12V so when I saw 24V on offer I thought it was fine but...... That was a mistake; now I am tied to a 24V battery and have to grin and bear School of life!

Thanks again Coulomb The problem I have is that you are sold a product but then you are on your own So please tell me what you meant by Perhaps with some sensor on the load (a current transformer) or inverter output (a LEM type hall effect sensor). and how could I check for this ..... lesson 101 part 2 !!!😧

Problem still persisting even with BlueNova SoC > 60% Could it help to update the firmware If so how is it done I will need something like lesson 101 on firmware to get going

It happened again Inverter tried to switch to grid and not managing Switched inverter load to gri manually (no load on inverter) then the inverter switced to grid Any idea ??

The switching happened again It seems as if it cannot switch to the grid although it draws 100 watts (it draws 100w all the time )

I stay in Kenton on Sea, have had a house since late 70's Here the principle has always been municipal water to toilets rainwater for everything else. The water reticulation of the house has toilets supply separate from the rest ... bath, washing machine etc I filter only my drinking water using 3 x big blues (Inline Cartridge Filters) and a Doulton Rio 2000 multi candle filter there are some people that use nothing and others that buy drinking water For the rest bathing hand wash etc direct from the tanks It seems you can make a rainwater system as complicated as you wish but I prefer the kiss rule I have recently switched to a DAB AQUAJET 82 M Self-Priming Booster Pump With Pressure Tank

Wishing all a POWERFUL 2020 I have completed phase 1 of my planning; 6 panels, a blue nova and an axpert now operating in conjunction with eskom for my essential appliances and lights 24/7 and specifically during loadshed. See diagram What I now have to do is to be able to switch all to eskom should say the axpert fail The switch will be located between the fuses and axpert What make type of switch will be suitable?

Thanks for feedback Problem solved Blue nova capacity exceeded setting back to grid voltage was too low Switched utility off used solar panels to charge batteries changed some settings (with a knowledgeable person) on axpert back to normal What a relief .... !!

Axpert buzzer beeps continuously and red light flashes, all symbols flash no error code displayed only mains input Battery off Solar panels off Power on off switch not working Any idea what causes this problem This is worse than load shedding!!

What is the best software to monitor a BlueNova and Axpert setup on windows 10 (and/or RaspberryPi)

I have noticed other topics on the affect of inrush current How does one cater for this when you have two fridges, a dishwasher, washing maschine, dryer etc Should one size your inverter for this or does it not pose a real problem? Should this subject not be more comprehensively be discussed?

Would installing a pressure tank be a solution The pump will then only be needed when the pressure drops reducing the frequncy that the pump is activated?

I have installed a Axpert MKS Plus 3kVA 2400W 24V Hybrid Inverter and Blue nova BN26V-154-4k No solar panels at present only running off ESKOM for the time being All household water is from 4 x 1000l rainwater tanks A 0.75kW pump kicks in when a tap is opend When the pump kicks in the Axpert beeps once sometimes twice probably indicating overload?????? This has to relate to the startup of the pump The inverter is rated 3kW Any views on the subject would be appreciated
