What is the purpose of the Grid Start setting under Battery Settings on the Sunsynk app.

I got this inverter and battery (see pictures and specs attached) for the in-laws. I want to have it connected to their DB (essentials, lights, tv's, router, fridge) and use 2x450w panels with it. What are the specs required for the mppt charger and panels (specific model recommendations would be appreciated) What else would be required?

Can you share the cost for these systems.

I would like to compare the grid tied setup suggested here: Victron Multiplus II 48/3000 + Victron BlueSolar 150/100MPPT + VenusGX to the Solis 3.0kW Mini 4G Single TrackerThe Victron setup is obviously much more expensive (more than 3 times) but after reading this thread and some others I am very keen to go for it, but what do you sacrifice if you go for the Solis.
