I am looking for firmware update for a Axpert Max 11000-48. I bought this device mentionned "Original Axpert" U1 : 73 03 U2 : 12 13 I am looking for firmware with smart fan control. Not only the noise is really very disturbing, but I also have bad experience with the cold wet air continously blowing over the electronic components . (northern maritime climate ) Thank you in advance with your help

I had the same problem since october 2025 with a VMIII Twin 4k. inverter still without smart fan control. Impossible to start up. always error F03. In reality batterie was at 26.2 Volt but the inverter was reading at 42 V. I openend the inverter serveral times, controlled most of the electronic parts, but nothing to find. Finally I discovered the problem disappeared when dry sunny weather and came back as soon as humidity was increasing. I dissambled the inverter completly and found in different area's wet particals ( wet fine dust ) under small resistances. I cleaned the motherboard and threated with non-conductive spray. Now it works again without problem ( since end of december ) even in very cold and wet weather. Now I will also try to replace the firmware with smart fan control firmware. My actual is U1 : 56 09 and U2 : 25 06. I see there were already lot's of discussions on this platform about what should be the best version .. But not easy to see the forest through the trees. Lot's of firmware versions have been reviewed. What should be the best version for me ? I am looking only for a good smart fan control. thank you in advance for your advice kind regards i

Thank you very much for your reply. The inverters are from end 2022 and 2023. So not old I think ...? I have the impression the problem started when I replaced the screenboxes. The inverters were delivered without wifi. Then Ouyad send me 2 new boxes with wifi inside. In this case I thought it is not the correct firmware ? I already changed the grounding of the PV panels support. These are now very well connected, but I didn't see impact on error frequency. Or is it better not to ground the support ( aluminium) to avoid leakage ? But then dangerous to have physical contact with the panels.

I have 2 inverters HY5532 from Ouyad. Equivalent to Axpert VMIII The 2 have the same problem. When Solar energy is fluctuating ( cloudy weather ) screen box is losing communication. ( error 32 ). Inverter continues to work perfectly, but screenbox has to start up again each time. It takes each time a little minute. In stable weather it happens only a few times a day ( when sun rises or setting). in changing weather it happens sometimes 10 times in an hour. Is someone having experience with this is issue ?
