its an older model dell 2580 / 2588 this is the battery also - should i stop the charging at 60 or 80 ? i only use it plugged in , i never take the laptop out the house

i have an Ellies 1440 watt trolley and i was told when there is no power outage and the unit is turned on i cannot draw more than 1440 watts ive just bought a Navasolar trolley 1kw . does the same apply ? i assume yes ?

its a 24 volt system . 1440 watt . Modifed Sinewave . it has two 100ah lead acid batteries . the batteries are dying . when there is no power i can run a laptop , 2 wifi routers , a large flatscreen tv ( im guessing 120 watts ) and a few lights for around 2 hours .

hi i bought a Navasolar 1kw trolley inverter . it has a Li-ion battery . its not going to be connected to solar . its just for incase loadshedding returns and for planned power cuts . i just want to know - should i charge it for a few hours then pack it away ? or leave it charging 24/7 ? Google says get the % to around 50% then unplug . if i do that and we have no power i only have 50% run time .

i dont know if it works or not . its brand new as in never been used but its been in storage for years . im based in Sandringham JHB near the Sandringham Shell on George avenue
