Dear colleagues. I have to thank a lot to Manie, we went thru my plant, he really connected to my both raspi, where is logging system. He repaired the bug, now it works. we went thru some typing what is wrong and what is not OK at my plant. problem was finished once 3 inverters thru 1 usb communication was by some sudo in terminal done.. I can read all correctly shown inverters per 1 usb cable ... People, who dont want to waste time shall buy ICC, a for me perfect logging system! prior learning linux from begining.... Im not a programmer but ICC is really good product. Best of all I appreciate real online feedback and solving troubles with my system which is giving feedback to me and Manie. Hope all of you would buy ICC license to help a bit Manie, becaue product like ICC has no competitor. Thank you once again. Dear Coulomb, I would like to instruct you, in your post, to add my remarks. First of all is that Standby mode is given by the main switch is off on 2 in standby mode. last one is inverting. Standby mode is a PV charger only or bypasss in case of last one death or switche off the pushbutton. Problem is not a battery voltage. Problem is that the inverter with SN ...243 has same Sout pannels field as the Inverter with SN ... 133 both have 5x3S jinko 225Wp. Both in real charging battery at same value ( same real power to battery) But the ..243 its measuring different charging current. Wel SCC is charging correctly on all of them, the only thing is that it measures different value in comparsion to the inverter No 3. Thank you for sending be intructions for calibration of voltage on battery. As I told in different topic ( Axpert king or PIP 5048MK) i got 65 kWh battery and 20 kWp of pannels , 3 inverter in parallel ( 2 of them Im dynamically switching off not by sw but by the pushbutton hardware modiffication) to save 130W in total every hour, that means during 16 hours night close to 2 kWh only noload consumpion. If you are interested at I can prepare some prhotos how I control them. So to summarize, They work very perfect. one of them just sending bad value ( measured ) of PV watts, in reality all of SCC MPPT works perfetly and charging on same power ( regarding to installed kWp on each one inverter) Hope it helped a bit. Dear solar colleagues, professors, lectors, producers, tunners, users. Im not really happy that one of my 3 inverters does not show correct PV watts, gained from PV current ( after conversion to batt related on 48V) I have 2 same orientated 3S 5P pannels on each. same solar conditions, same brand of pannels - if I read by clamp meter ( DC, with hall) both inverters input shows practically same current and voltage on PV input. In axpert it does not show same values even both inverter ( AC 230 ) are switched off. The PV A input need an software adjustment. PV current shall be same on both inverters and it must cooperate to battery current if inverter is only in a charger mode. Dear friends, does anybody hede do this kind of adjustment? Ive read somewhere, that it shall be possible but now I dont have idea where it was posted. If is here ( this forum) please send me link where to be found. OK this make sense, Im also on a edge to use my own but im not so good programmer, so I dont want to spend time with it. im posting on PV output, and emoncms, Yearly generating 9MWh, I dont think a problem in inverter as they are brand new (problems from installing all three. no idea now... thank you for description your plant. . im also sure not needed to master - bcs in case of fault, channel changeover appear and still works and must end data... so i think similar... Well inverters in parallel connected via 1 USB cable, now I see 2 inverters twice ( master channel )... so thats strange. maybe it is some internal issue, in ICC, maybe it sending by USB communication twice in row masters, and then other channels. its my idea. It may be to discus with Manie. but who cares Who running 3 in parallel with theese similar as me..... needs to say again Im also using ONE victron device on it MPPT 70A

Hi, well im using 71.93, display dont know from head. yes problems still same with the first one. I will exchange master to first one and reboot pi. i will post in 10 minutes.

Yes thats it, once they dont have parallel mode they wouldn´t sychronize and it will not work. master is HS, slaves shows SL.

Hello I did it, changed connection data between inverters, but no change, Then Ive connected next USB cable to the not logging inverter and it started to work. Even a restart of the PI still logging well. I have fucking no idea what is the reason, but on raspi 3B it worked then i exchanged them only, no changes on wirin, usb cable and so on. now it seems it works but with 2 usb cablec connected to PI 4. same as it was yesterday for 3B+.... now all system logging all the values correctly. dont have idea why need 2 cables connected to raspi. in drawing of parallel connection for 3 and more is not written which No of inverter need to be a master, thats why i decided to have a master on I3 - according to the parrallel install brochure of axpert kings. well now it works but I would be happier if it would work as for other clients. Remember please in case I had 2 inverters only in parallel it worked well with 1 USB cable. Im open to try anything with inverters in my laboratory BR Vit

Hello yes conditions are different thats reason why Im uing this specific configuration. hence we know it is not the cable USB, what kind of feature or what may really cause this behaviour? any other idea? maybe reconnecting axperts interconnection of communication cables? I dont know, the connection is as in manual... dont see any reason why showing 2 same axperts in different clusters.... ??

Well, you know during night the 70W for each inverter is a power which sucking from battery I cant see any reason to run all 3 inverters during night when my AC load is 2 fridge and some computer in total less than 300W. that means in case 140W is lost power, in 24 hours is 3 kWh.... Sorry i have different oppinion about energy flow. Well Does anybody run here 3 inverters in parallel on ICC? anyone who see similar behaviour? thank you

Yes Phisically Im ynchronizing and driving them during day. Master is still on, and the 2nd and 3rd inverters synchronizing as requested. but syncing and desyncing is only once a day, that means conditions to switch on are PV or Load, by GPIO swithing relays with safe antiparallel logic, and then I cut some wire in inverter to be able to control it remotely independently on the bushbutton status ( this remains still In ( ON) ) No I have not send mail, i think Manie is very busy vith other bugs and requests...... because normal people is OK 1 onverter, for some cases 2 inverters, but i have a specific island operation ( with grid backup ) with 65 kWh in lead batteries.... in czech rep is now snow, so I need capacity of batteries to hold during winter in island. And case for 3rd one is if you have so powerfull pannels ( 20 kWp) is a pitty to leave it in the pannels better is to consume it....

Hi, ICC is 3.1 and GPIO 1.18. on both raspi ( 3b+ and 4) Im using somehow powerfull fast charge data cables, also tested tomtom navigation system cable and many others.... I dont see any issue about. I can remember 2 in parallel were assigned perfectly but begining 3 in parallel it was not easy from the begining to log them.....

Dear Wolfandy, it is easy. My system grew from 1 inverter added next one then BMV then trird one, then MPPT and then next MPPT. problem is taht in case of 2 in parallel it worked well, i can remember., then I think too many devices on usb on raspi and communication was not safe. some spikes on BMV and victron PV watts. Im using to control the inverters based on PV or load of it. most of time works only one pip, during day if PV is more than 700W is switched on second. and in case load is higher than 5500 W then synchronizing third one. to prevent spikes on battery watts, and have safe communication I decided to have separate PI for logging. all theese logging is sent to emoncms and PV output....

Yes 1 cable, to pips, 1 cable to 70A MPPT victron.

Hi, Ok to be honest. My system is 3x PIP 5048MK in parallel I got 2 victron chargers , I got 1 BMV 712 the system consists of 1 RASPI 3B+, where is connected BMV 712 and 1 victron charger MPPT 60A - licenced ICC Raspi 4B, where is connected 1 victron charger MPPT 70A and 3pips working in parallel - licenced ICC I got totall 5 sets of pannels, every set is approx 4 kWp , in total 5 , meaninng 20 kWp hope is clear.

next think is if I will choose in icc 4 inverter in parallel then last one in 4 position appears see setting and cluster info. . Any idea, where may be a trouble?

I see your signature, how it works at you? only 1 usb cable connected to the master? do you use grid backup for all of them? thank you Vit, Czech republic Calvin annexed is icc connected via 1 usb to master, PI 4 restarted, to pi is also connected victron charger. see photos. I have no idea about. I thought it will work automatically. maybe some combination mistake I dont know in Czech rep nobody has 3 pip or kings in parallel... with ICC

Hello guys, hello Coulomb. Im using ICC, i have quite big plant, somehow I have 3 inverters PIP 5048MK, ( same as axpert king) I got troubles at monitoring. If someone from you got a triple or more axperts in parallel can you test something? Question is I have all set up ( in setup) correctly 3 axperts king in parallel and in the cluster info I see same inverter twice. Does anyone have same issue? I tried a lot of cables configurations a lot of done by me , spent more time at axperts instead of my children. I got 3 PIP5048MK, on every is 4 kWp of pannels and I got 2 additional victron chargers ( every one MPPT got its raspi with ICC licence ) in total I got 2 raspi with 2 licences. 3 inverters connected by USB hub to raspi 4b + victron MPPT 70A + victron BMV712 smart. In total 65 kWh of lead-forklift batteries and 20 kWp pannels. in island operation feeding house. have a look on printscreen.... PLS Also Ive found that there is not possible to communicate just thru 1 USB, can someone help with? Ive connected 3 USB micro-USB to each inverter. the BMV and victron works perfectly, thank you so much. BR Vit

Dear Webber, Coulomb Im a Youda´s friend hopefully, disponing with 3 parallel axpert kings and 14 kW in jinko pannels. I have 3 PIP 5048MK in one phase configuration, If you are interested in some tests, I may "borrow my machines" to be tested in my lab. I would say no problems with freezing, I have as I can remember all inverters with 71.80 version on all of them in parallel. I dont know how many times during day PF freezes but I cant see too much drops on PV. my PIPs are feeding my house more less all the year. I understood one thing if load reject for example 2 kW from load of the inverter, sometimes if charged battery I do have the PV cut of by the inverter, maybe due to battery cant suck more power into it, and DC volts rise up rapidly, then disconnection of PV may occur. Does anyone found this? by the way this 2020 year it generated more less 6 MWh in total begining 1.1.2020 In case of any testing of firmware by Weber or coulob is needed, I can offer inverter.
