    I Have been trying to get in touch with anyone from support. Luxtek main support keeps referring to the South African support - no reply to whatsapps etc. was quite impressed with the brand and unit but now scared to update firmware or sell and install more units as support seems to be non existent in SA

    Yup I had balanced them out before running. However I now notice my master battery red alarm light is on statically. I have had to reset reboot and rebalance the batteries. Seems to be working now and both SOC have gone to 100%. Possibly a faulty cell or battery?

    Hi Guys and Girls Maybe I have missed this in the past. I have 2 3000C connected to an axpert invertor but I am using ICC latest software with a cable for the Pi to control the batteries and invertor. I am noticing that my system is not charging the one battery to SOC of 100 as shown in the pic. Any obvious suggestions? Regards G
