  1. Hi Does anyone know the correct settings for 2x Pylontech US3000A eg: Batt Capacity/Max A Charge/Max A Discharge,Float V, Shutdown,Low,Restart etc I also have my Batt Mode set to % instead of Lithium as it is easier to use "Time of Use" is that fine? Reason I ask is because the Deye inverter SOC is different to the Battery SOC (via console cable) Thanks
  2. Hi I have updated the deye software and i saw that the link port cable (master was 0 slave was 0) I have now changed to (master 1 and slave to 0), do you know if there are issues if the link port cables are mixed up? I will now wait for the batteries to drop to 38% and see if the issue happens again.
  3. Hi How do I test this before I contact supplier and Pylontech? I want to give them enough info to prove the issue is on the batteries.
  4. Hi System has been running for about 8 months, they are connected via the CAN port. Yesterday was the first time the batteries have discharged this low.
  5. Hi Guys I have a Deye 5kw inverter and 2x Pylontech US3000 batteries. Last night during double loadshedding my batteries went to 38% then just cut off, then when the power came back on it said it was at 0%. This morning while it was charging, it went to 73% then just shot up to 100%. Where do I start to trouble shoot or what can I check? Thanks Gavin
  6. Update : The 3rd unit blew again, for now I would not go for these till they sort the issue out.
  7. Hi Stephan Yes currently I am having issues with the grid power, unit has been replaced twice now because of this, but we are just testing for now. My installer has been helpful and is in contact with china reporting back all the issues. So far besides having the issues, my installer has been great, always there to answer my questions and always makes time to come fix issues that I'm having. Performance seems good, but havent tested it as much especially with the cloudy days, but seems to pump well when the sun is out. I am not too clued up on performance so if there are certain specs you want me to look out for let me know. Thanks
  8. Just had one put in, so far so good. only complaint is the monitoring app is not great or accurate, but I hear they are working on it.
