Can anyone help me with grid connectors for an Imeon 3.6 Inverter please? I upgraded a while ago, and am wanting to install the old Imeon at a friends house, but I cannot find the original connectors anywhere. Apparently Imeon do not have any support in SA any longer. Hi Francois, No, there is no error displayed, and even when I log the data it doesn't come up with any error message. It only shows that it's not receiving any power from the grid.

Thanks Francois. Apologies for only replying to you now. Any idea where I can set the grid frequency on the inverter? I have Imeon Manager Ver 2.2.2, but haven't seen this function anywhere.

I hope someone can offer some help as any technical assistance from Imeon in Cape Town is non-existent. My invertor connects and disconnects from the grid every few minutes for no apparent reason. It doesn't seem to be overheating and both fans are working fine. It will all be functional, and then the 'AC Grid' logo flashes and connectivity to the house from Eskom is lost. Supply either comes from the panels or batteries at this stage, and then a few minutes later it reconnects again. Any suggestions, or info as to who can do invertor repairs in Cape Town will be appreciated.
