Hello Chris i have the same model but the sph3000. i had make a post with my issues and somes are the same that you have Do you have already batteries? Can you talk about your configuration?

Hello all i have installed 12 panels 285w connect to a growatt sph3000 and 200ah batteries. the issues I have is : - the inverter discharge the batteries below 50v even that I configured the LV at 50 -at night wen the batteries discharge to 50% the inverter start to charge with 210w then discharge a little more. And do this all night long until the PV have enough power to charge the batteries. -wen I set export limit to 0, sometimes the system export to grid draining also from batteries. I thing the batteries must be use only for load house, not to export. any one can help me to try do solve this. best regard and thanks
