  1. Yes, I do. I have 2 x 3kW + 3 x 4kW = 18kW. I spent a lot of money on them, and all I want is for this JP character to own up to his inferior product and honor his Warranty.
  2. Yip, I have had the exact same issues as all mentioned above. One battery died and he said he would repair it under the warranty. He never said I had to pay for the repair and his answer was; he does not know how my system is set up or used. JP (from SOLARMAN) actually GAVE met the settings via mail! FFS!!!. He made me pay before I could get the battery back - it still has the exact same problem. He never gave me a report of what was wrong with it either. When I ask, he ignores my e-mails and phone calls. But I have now reported him to the Consumer Complaints Board. They gave him 15 working days to respond, which will be on Thursday!! Watch this space!
  3. I am only a user and happy with paying a subscription. If you are not happy, speak to CenturionSolar directly.
  4. Just want to say I downloaded the new SMH APP (Solar Management Hub) on my phone, written by Johan and team from Centurionsolar. What an awesome product! It's clean, easy to use and gives you all the detail in one go. You guys have done well and I can only see a bright future ahead for you.
  5. This company provides Solar Monitoring software. It used to be called ICC. They have complete rewritten the software and all I can say is, Wow! This is the best I have seen around. Especially the Web Interface. It is now called SMH - Solar Management Hub. Well done to Johan and Jaco and your team for all your dedication and EXCELLENT service you provide! Even late at night and over weekends.
  6. If still unclear I will post photos tomorrow.
  7. So you need a USB RS232 USB port to a serial DB9 serial male cable adpater. Should read..... So you need a USB RS232 USB port to a serial DB9 serial female male cable.
  8. I received a cable with mine that plugs into the RS 232 port Then into the one on the right - it looks like a printer USB port - those square type of ports, then off the the Serial to USB on your PC/laptop. So you need a USB RS232 USB port to a serial DB9 serial male cable. This the plugs into the Serial DB9 plug of the USB so serial adapter cable.
  9. It does. Buy a USB to Serial connection cable, they are under R100.00 fro Matrix Warehouse.
  10. OK. Now that is a different question from the original altogether. Why would you want to update the firmware? If you need to do that, then better ask the installer or whoever sold it too you, on how to do that. I don't see the need to update if everything works fine.
  11. Did you get my pvt message...you must use connection 12 to the Raspi3 and ICC
  12. I use a BMV between Pi and batts. There is a special cable that you need.
  13. I have 2 x 3kW, 48V, 65Ah each. Connected in parallel. I was told charge Amps must be 10amp per kW of one battery, hence 3 x 10 = 30amp. I have not had any issues so far.
