  3. A man named Piet Maseema asked for a few details and solved the issue the same day—a big shoutout to Piet. I think the challenge is getting the message past the call centre. Thanks to all who suggested what to do; it is much appreciated.
  4. The City of Tshwane just closed the case with the comment that they "checked, and there is power on the meter". I cannot beleive that a METRO have this level of skill in its team, any suggestion as to what I can do next.
  5. Just an update: I just received a mail from the call centre to enquire whether the issue has been resolved. There is no electrician on site, and the voltages remain the same. I wish they would give you at least the name and number of the person dealing with the matter, but I feel that the City of Tshwane hopes the matter will go away on its own.
  6. I have had my solar system for just over four years. Since Sunday last week, my grid supply has been stopped due to serious overvoltage. This has been happening every evening, and it was an absolute mess most of yesterday, with no industries operational. Voltages go up to 272V. I have been reporting this to Tshwane, but I get the feeling that thanks for reporting, but no feedback. What can be done to get the voltages back to normal?
  7. Unfortunately, those are rack-mounted; I should have added I Stack.
  8. WANTED: I-G3N i-Stack Lithium LiFePO4 battery 48V I am looking for a supplier that has a I-G3N i-Stack Lithium LiFePO4 battery 48V. Please reply to psmit(at) watertek(dot)co(dot)za with location price and availability.
  9. Morning. Where in Gauteng can you buy 5.120 kWh I-G3N batteries? I seem to be having trouble finding a supplier.
  10. Tshwane has clarified that feedback is not allowed (we knew it was not, but it was a good storage). Has anyone gone through the process of applying to feed back into the grid? My rough calculations indicate that I could feed back into the grid about 10kWh/d and lets assume this is only for half a year, you could make some bucks.
  11. I have a quatro with a gennie and a 5 cable link. The guys connected it and tested it, but the control system stays on. This should not be the case. That part should only be activated once asked for. Anybody with help on this topic, please
