Protocol 0. Dips are set to off on all and I have switched the batteries off, issue still seems to be the same. I have found another article now that says the cable needs to be set as per the image below:

Even with this cable change the issue seems to persist

Thanks, would this be a cable issue or dip switches on the batteries? My dip switches is all set to off. Now on the cable I have just made up a cable to blank off PIN 1,2,3 on the battery side, all in on the inverter side, don't see that will be an issue if its blank of the battery side?

Hi Guys, My setup is a Sunsynk 10KW inverter with 4 x Pylontech Batteries (1 x US2000C and 3 x US2000). My settings on the inverter are as per Achmats above with some changes on the charge and discharge Amps. My issue is that my LiBMS on the Inverter just shows 0's. Any advice?

One more question, below is showing my batteries as full at 51.7, this seems low? (As let the image)

Program2: 80A 2. Program5: USE 3. Program12: 48V 4. Program13: 51V 5. Program26: 53.2V 6. Program27: 53.0V 7. Program 29: 46V My questions: 1. Is the config correct? 2. Is the settings correct? 3. The blue screen on the inverter never shows the batteries full, is this an issue? 4. The centurion solar show the batteries full at around 53V, is this correct?

Thanks Coulomb, I got this sorted with putting the panels in parralel.

It was cahrging yes. 9 amp charge current. Panels is fine. I will have to rewire the panels in parralel yes. The batteries max charge amps is 20amp so more panels might not work? When I put the two 330W in parralel, I should get 20AMP or close to it Seems like it is a clone yes. What does that mean. Time for a new inverter? Yes, and your other settings seem fine. You could perhaps increase setting 02 (maximum total charge current) to 30 A. This may have a small effect near noon. As my batteries can only charge with max 10AMP, thus in parralel 20AMP. Will this setting make a change?

Also if its not too much of a hassle can you please review my settings: 1 - SBU 2 - 20A 3 - UPS 4 - SDS 5 - USE 11 - 20A 12 - 25.5V 13 - FULL 16 - SNU 26 - 28.6V 27 - 27.2V 29 - 22.5V thanks for all the help so far

Thanks Coulomb, Its gel batteries. The 25.6 was at noon with no load on it. It discharged through the night to 22.5V and switched off, running a 100W fridge and two 50W fans, this does not make sense. I am now trying to boost the batteries through a generator, this also seems like its not working. Is my float and bulk settings correct?

Thanks Guys, I got the PV to charge, my batteries now however is not charging fully, it only charges to 25.6V. My float charge is set to 27V and bulk to 28.4V. Any ideas why it is not fully charging? Battery specs: Oliter 12V 100ah batteries, two in serie and two in parralel. Float charge 13.4 to 13.7V and average charge 14.1 to 14.4V. Happy new year to all.
