TDH got a reaction from jacquesretief in Sunsynk 8.8 kw for SOLDMmm... running 2x Growatt SPF-5000ES and they don't truly blend for me. In the early morning if my batteries are low they put the Solar to batteries and run the loads from Grid. I don't really see that as blending really... not like the way I understand SunSynk does.
I am actually looking to replace my Growatts with probably SunSynk (likely 2x 5kw) as a Victron 8Kw with separate MPPT units is a little costly. I am looking to run 4 strings of panels.

TDH got a reaction from Yellow Measure in Best setup for solar panelsJust an update. While I still want to do east and west panels, in the meantime time the strings were changed to left and right and on a clear day it seems I can generate 3-5kw additional (subject to consumption as well) than the configuration of top and bottom strings.
