  1. Just an update. Hubble replaced me with a brand new battery. So very happy with that. Does seems that they want to keep customers happy, think they must just find a way to improve the process.
  2. Had the same problem with mine. Like system32 said bpmstools is the best way to check. Mine had 2 bad cells, still sitting in repairs for 5 weeks now, so good luck.
  3. Agree, I also wont support them anymore, one of my friends wanted to buy a hubble, I convinced him to stay away. Send my battery in last month for repairs and still waiting.
  4. Don`t think you can go wrong with Pylontech. Hubble is just costing me money, I had to go sit in a PUB just to watch the Grand Prix Got hold of the manager at Hubble, the guy that needs to send the battery to Cape Town is in hospital, as soon as he is back they will work on it. At this stage I wont even buy Hubble if it is on 50% discount.
  5. Just an update with my experience. Took the battery in to Hubble, spoke to Shaun, very helpful. He said he will look at it same day, send in to Cape town for cell replacements and should be back in the week and I will get a sms at every step of the process. Haven`t received any messages so assume they haven`t started yet. Tried phoning them but is number one in line for about 20min before I gave up. Sorry to say, but wont recommend Hubble to anyone.
  6. 7 and 8 looks to be the problem cells
  7. Thanks, this is now fully charged, will monitor the discharge. Will do a couple of cycles, if not working I will send it in.
  8. Busy charging, but SOH is concerning?
  9. Giving up now. Did the firmware upgrade, did a discharge with BMS disconnected. Battery charge normal until 48% then jumps to 100% (53.6v) and don't take any charge. Plugged CAN in, battery discharge 2.6kw soh=20% volts 48.8V
  10. Left it on charge whole day yeterday, this morning Volts was 53.1V, still leaving it on charge for the day. Will test discharge tonight again. Think the best thing is to log a call with Hubble and ask them to do a firmware upgrade and test.
  11. Thanks, will give it a try
  12. Ok thanks, Last night its was charged for about 4 hours, maybe I must keep them charged for a day or two?
  13. I have done this yesterday, going to try another cycle, if still the same I will log a call and see if they can do a firmware upgrade and test.
  14. Last night I did a full discharge/charge cycle without BMS connected, and only got 2.19Kw out of the battery. Going to do another cycle today, but dont think it is an firmware problem.
  15. Thanks, will make a plan for the upgrade as soon as possible.
  16. Set to zero export. Haven`t changed anything, will double check tonight.
  17. Have a SS 5KW inverter, BMS is connected. Thinking of disconnecting the BMS until until I can get a cable for the update.
  18. Hi, posted on facebook, but need some more input. After reading above post, I am little worried. My 5.5kw hubble is about a year old, normally it last till around 3am, when only using about 0.4kw/h during the night. But this last 2 months the battery drops very quick, does this look normal?

Need some advice, my system is just a couple of months old. I have Sunsynk 5KW inverter and 6 x JA 390W Mono panels in series. Panels is facing North on pitch roof. The highest production I get is 1.8KW, does this sound correct or could something be wrong? Current Volts 264.7V
  21. Cool, thanks. Was worried I did something wrong
  22. Almost finished with my setup, but straggling with communication. Used the cable provided Can to Can port but not getting any communication. Chamged the cable with a ethernet cable that I had laying around and it does communicate but the settings under battery setup shows 200ah and not 100ah. Anthing I can check?
  23. Thanks, will this be inside the geyeser?
  24. Morning I recently moved into a house with a heatpump, but something seems off. Heatpump will heat till set temperature of 55deg and then switch off, but as soon as the compressor stops the screen temperature drops from 55deg to 50deg. This will startup the unit again, as soon as the compressor start the temperature jumps to 55deg and switch off again. And repeat the process again. Is there something I can check or replace?
