7.2kw Axpert king turns off during load shedding..?

Featured Replies

HI, I recently upgraded to a 7.2kw king inverter.

Often the inverter will power off, only during load shedding.. With Eskom power i have no issues even though running off solar battery..?

I have noticed this appears to happen when using my desktop computer but its not consistent does not turn off all the time..?

Possible earth fault, and the inverter been more sensitive?

I wish they wouldn't call it a King Max when it's not zero transfer. That to me is the hallmark of a King.

Not your fault, just having a grizzle. It's hard enough playing "identify that model" as it is.

I haven't seen your issue before, we have a slightly different variation. In the morning when the inverter is charging the battery from solar and utility is powering the load, the utility supply "dips" when a heavy load is powered on, such as a dish washer. This sometimes happens 2 or 3 times and then not again for the rest of the day. We've checked the connections and council has checked the meter and street box, but we can't find any issues. No breakers trip when this happens.
