November 25, 20214 yr I am hoping you can recommend a person or company that could do paid-for service at home for an Axpert MKS II Inverter. It appears it needs the latest firmware, perhaps a reconfiguration. It's switching to ESKOM at night, regardless of the batteries having a 80%+ charge. Also, the part to allow statistics to be recorded via wireless. The original installer relocated to Gauteng and we I have been unable to identify an installer/service company that is willing or able to assist with this inverter. Thank you in advance.

First of all make sure that your settings are right depending on your battery type and its health (age).
