I have a VMIII inverter. The inverter is connected to two UP5000 Pylontech batteries. My inverter keeps displaying error 61 which is the communication from the inverter to the batteries. 

I need assistance with the Communication Cable between the inverter’s BMS and the batteries. Which pins from the RJ45 connecter do I use for the inverter and which pins do I use for the batteries? 

Also, is a CAT5e cable fine or do I have to use a CAT5?

Pylontech comes with corresponding cables for each inverter. Make sure the cable that you use is the right for the available inverter. Each cable has inverter names on it, just check if your inverter is there.
