Hi

Hope I am in the correct forum. I just had a Sunsyk Inverter installed but I see no voltages from the Grid only Hertz .

Got to take it up with the installer but hoping someone will give me a heads-up as to what could be wrong.

Sunsynk 8Kva with 3xNarada 48 NPF.

I am lost here. Must be a setting wrong somewhere.

Hi.

Seems like the grid is offline as the AC light on the inverter is off.

Thanks Leshen. You where so right. I opened up the bottom panel and took a look for myself. The Electrican connected the Grid to the Gen Port. He came in and corrected it. All Working.

Ok all seems right. But does anyone know how to reconcile the values ? The voltages should equal to the amount from the PV.

From 2743 final output is 2497 (Speed Kettle on)

There is also 28W going to other loads in the house and 4W into the battery. The difference should normally be inverter efficiency losses.  But 2743 - 2497 - 28 - 4 = 214W looks quite high.

If all three fans are running, this could account for the high "internal" usage.
