Or will it like the grid tie inverters stop? It's a bog-standard Multiplus with added anti-islanding. Loads connected to the output stay on when the grid goes out. In other words, it's a full-on hybrid inverter with batteries, just add an MPPT and you're in business. Now that the internal current sensor in the inverter can be used (you no longer need the modbus meter), and you can run the software on a beaglebone black or raspberry pi, I expect the combo to compete fairly well with the better hybrids out there. It's 1700 Euro for the 3kva, or around 26k. Still considerably more than the Infini, but a significant step forward.

A grid tie inverter that is not certified and does not carry the Complies with local NRS 097-2-1 regulations May a unit be legally installed if the Sell back function is turned off on the inverter? The unit does comply to many other foreign certifications. EU , AU and further. Thanks Guys Jay I have a friend with a cheap chineese inverter that was not on the CoCT aproved list. His installer just told him that he needed an aditional NRS approved anti islanding box for city signoff.

Has a green stripe on the front instead of the usual orange. I would expect that all sizes will be certified. Note: for a short period of time this product multiplus 11 was called MultiGrid-II.
