Hi There

I have downloaded the Pylontech battery view software. When I attempted to connect to the battery I got a message which read: access to port 9 denied. I suspect its a windows 10 security issue which I do not know a way around it.  

I will really appreciate an advice on what to do. Thanks.

    Sorry I might be a bit late for the subject, but if anyone else has this problem in the future, this is what I did:

    Disabled the COM port in Device Manager, rebooted the machine, then re-enabled the COM port in Device Manager. Opened the Battery View software again, and it worked
