  1. Pylontech UP5000 batteries

    I've observed that my slave battery stops charging and triggers an alarm light, typically around midday. It seems there might be an internal issue with the battery. The battery is two years old, and I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this problem and how they resolved it. These batteries are connected to a 7.2kW Kodak inverter, and the BMS communications are functioning properly.

    Hi @SEGEN SOLAR Kindly share the link for firmware update for kodak solar off grid inverter max 7.2kW. My inverter is U1 69 01, U2 112 14 & U3 00 00. It will be great if battery can communicate with the inverter. Thank you.

    Thank you, I had just experience F02 fault. Also, I realised that I had never cleaned the air intake filters since July 2022. They were really dirty.

    Hi There I have downloaded the Pylontech battery view software. When I attempted to connect to the battery I got a message which read: access to port 9 denied. I suspect its a windows 10 security issue which I do not know a way around it. I will really appreciate an advice on what to do. Thanks.
