The MultiSibControl Software has a "Device Control" section, in which the user can define a set of rules to activate or deactivate smart plugs. It could be programmed to disable non-critical loads, in case the inverter load is close to nominal, there is not enough sun, or the battery is below a certain voltage. 

My question is, did someone successfully manage to use this function ?  Which platform did you use to link your smart plugs to a URL trigger ?

Found a solution

AFAIK Nodered should handle this quite easily and then feed into whichever home automation system you are using.
