Featured Replies

Hi guys. Seems I've got the same issue with charge stuck on 90% This only happened once I added Pv arrange 4 days ago?

Where is the best place to get the Rs232 cable and firmware, and user guides on how to upgrade?

I've got, Sunsynk 5.5kw and 1 AM2 with 4.55kw pv array

Contact [email protected] for the files.

Called, emailed, called emailed, zero replies, been reading their support is dismal by many many guys, this has got me thinking 🤔

i also want to update the firmware on my batteries. Has anyone got a RS 232 to RJ11 6 pin cable?

I have the RS 232 to RJ12 but dont know the cable colours to make my own RJ11. Any suggestion?

Is an RJ12 not just a 6pin RJ11?

I also contacted the support telephonically for info and was promised firmware, app and a brief description of procedure, but am still waiting.  I have now popped off and email and hope for better results.
