Hi guys, so I've successfully upgraded my Hubble AM2 to the latest firmware but my issue was not solved - battery still only charges to max 89% with Sunsynk 5.5kw (only after adding PV) Spoke to Hubble Tech, who advised I must REMOVE CAN cable, set to run the battery down in AGM -V (on voltage) - HE WAS IN A MASSIVE RUSH AND TRIED TO GET ME OFF CALL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE 😞 Basically he was saying I need to run battery down in ADM-V mode and recharge 1 cycle? Can anyone assist in how to do this further? No clue what to set below?

No, Sunsynk is currently moving servers and having issues with the app, we all experiencing weird data and the SOC 0% Short bursts

But you also said they upgraded your firmware, just wondering what actually was the fix, as I sir with a 90% max charge issue on a brand new battery
