Hubble AM2 Battery SOC not getting to 100%

Hi 

I installed a Sunsynk 8kw with Hubble AM-2 battery on 30 Sept 22 Small offfice backup  with no solar yet. After loadshedding battery dont recharge to 100% SOC.

Seems the SOC drops after each discharge, first discharge went back to 80% SOC 2nd discharge went back to 67% SOC 

anyone that can assist as it seems @HubbleLithium takes forever to reply.
