October 5, 20223 yr Does anyone know why I would get an exception information on batteryview : accuracy string cannot be parsed to double. I've made up the cable. I start the scan and then get the information exception.I am just trying to connect to pull the cycles.

Download a previous version to get around it. Check Youda’s post here:
April 25, 20242 yr I had the same issue, US2000C units running on v1.2, upgraded them with Batteryview 3.0.36.3. Changing the regional settings fixed the issue, flashed US_E2_V2.2_Crc.bin to my units, upgrade worked fine...
