we need the software for the WIFI CPU of voltronic KING 2 5Kwatt inverter.

current version: 3.1.1.0

new version needed to solve couple of missing settings at the inverter.

I've never seen a firmware update file for a WiFi CPU. I would not even know how to update it, or where to put the file etc.

I doubt that WiFi firmware would solve this. What settings are missing?

LIB and LIC battery types are not available when i open watchpower app.

however i check with other voltronic inverters types like Growatt( voltronic)

they have a version 3.1.1.1 and they can see all types of Batteries including LIb and all

while In my Voltronic inverter i can see only few types. In inverter pannel we can see LIb type but in watch power we cannot see.

our wifi firmware version is 3.1.1.0 and that why i need 3.1.1.1 and above

 

I know how to update, but I need the Software.

software comes in ZIP file

include the application on laptop and the firmware files for update the wifi dongle 

You can see from attached LIB and LIC option not available

From other inverter ls i can see 3.1.1.1 while min is 3.1.1.0.

Ah. You want the display firmware, not the WiFi firmware. Different firmwares for different processors.

Alas, I don't have any King II display firmware in my collection.

But it might be the same as the King 1 display firmware; the differences (of a II model as opposed to a 1 model) could well all be in the main DSP firmware.

What display (U2) firmware version do you have now? Sadly, I think it's the one thing you can't get via the Axpert App. So you might have to use either the front panel (the removable display) or use other monitoring software, such as Watchpower, just to get this number. Seems easiest to just press the up or down buttons till you see something like

No. The King II has the high voltage Solar Charge Controller, which the DSP has to manage. That means totally different firmware.

Early versions of the display firmware didn't support the LiB protocol. The earliest only supported PYL, not even Waco  etc.

Update to the latest version, but make sure that you match the FULL (possibly 3 digit) major firmware version number. For example, if you have 112.10 now, do NOT update to 12.19, make sure you find 112.xx. It's all too easy to brick the display, and a fair hassle to unbrick them.
