November 8, 20223 yr KMS inverter constantly charges my batteries every 10 min with 1 amp. Is that normal? only running this as a backup when loadshedding hits. KMS 5kw inverter + 2 Hubble 5.5kw batteries. Float v =53.6 and bulk also 53.6

November 10, 20223 yr Well, the only thing that would make sense is that the inverter is using the battery to provide power. Once the voltage has dropped a little, it will use utility to charge the battery back up. How have you set your priorities?
November 10, 20223 yr I assume that you are using a battery type other than USE, suitable for talking to the Hubble battery's BMS via RS-485 or CAN bus, is that correct? I'm not familiar with talking to BMS like this, but I do seem to recall that something similar happened with Pylontechs.
