A few times per day my mains will go off and back on in less that a second. What could cause this?

My "permanent draw" (zero export) is set to 20W on the Synsync inverter, could this be too low?

Could there be a problem with the prepaid meter? (CONLOG)

20w seems to be fine - i have mine at 5w. It could just be instability in your neighborhood grid - maybe the substation isn't holding up to LS well and so dips frequency and voltage?

Is there any indication that it co-incides witht he normal loadshedding schedule change-over times? Even-numbered hours, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, etc. or just a few minutes after?

Even if your neighbourhood is not directly changing over, it could affect the grid voltage as other neighbourhoods get switched on and off. Not saying it is the reason, but it's been an observation of mine in the past.

Is it possible that your inverter has limits on the grid voltage and that these limits are being momentarily exceeded?

I know that in my neck of the woods the voltage sometimes gets low (like mid 190s), and my inverter disconnects until the voltage comes back up again. Before I had solar, when I had an inverter and SLAs, you could hear that system was sometimes disconnecting because the fan would start up, then shut down again a few seconds later - another instance of short term disconnects because the grid voltage got too low.

There actually is a screen where you set the grid low voltage value - can you share that screen for us @Rogan

Where is that screen. Can I see it on the Sunsync app. Site is in Prince Albert, so supply is “problematic”. But my electrician installer says that my issue is not a townwide issue. It happens outside of loadshedding. I noticed it with oven clock that keeps resetting.
