Synsynk 5kw + 5.5kwh Hubble AM2 constant charge current

Featured Replies

Im not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question, but I have a 5kw Synsynk inverter with the 5.5kwh AM2 hubble with no solar, only feed from the grid and it is sending a constant +-30w to the battery. SOC is at 100%, just wanted to check if this is normal?

Completely normal...30W is way too little it's just a trickle current.

Your Inverter is powered by the battery, so there will always be a power draw and the charge you are seeing is to offset the usage.
Once you have solar, you will also only see it once the battery is full. Whilst it charges the batteries this will be part of the total charge power at that time.
