Selling Excess Solar Power to Eskom?

Featured Replies

Are you supplied directly by Eskom or by a municipality? Best probably to enquire about the specific requriements and rates for SSEG - Small-Scale Embedded Generation - for your location. Mostly it's not worth it. I used to have high praise for Nelson Mandela Bay's progressive scheme but with the most recent tariff adjustments and new fixed charges they've gone and f$%#@ed over the residents with grid-tied solar.

Eskom. Thanks, I will look into this further. Pretty sure its not going to be anything to talk about but worth a try I guess.
