Posted December 12, 20222 yr I'm installing a 10kw sunsynk battery. Nominal amps 100A Max Amps 200A Should I use a 250A fuse on the battery?
December 12, 20222 yr Depends what battery cable you use. The fuse is to protect the cable and can be used to protect the device. 35mm general welding cable cable AFAIK can carry 220Amps continuously. It's a challenge to get the spec sheet from the supplier to see what it can do and what exact cable you getting but best is to try get the spec sheet of the exact cable they carry.
