Hi to all. I am looking for the part numbers on the 2KW inverter. I have one number JCS740cc, not sure of the other part numbers, or a picture

The inverter is a Ellies inverter 12volt to 230volts

It would appear to be these, by a lesser-known Chinese manufacturer:

It might be easier to find Vishay IRF740s, which appear to have similar specifications.

Both of those seem a little light for this application (400 V leaves little head room for ringing/spikes), and 10 A seems light for 2 kW continuous operation. But that's to be expected for an inverter in the price segment I'm imagining.

They use IRF740 on the 230 volt side and HY3810 on the low voltage side
