Axpert Error 12

Featured Replies

Morning Everyone

Can anyone tell me what the fault code 12 is on an Axpert 2k? It's a fault code, not a warning. The manual gives a warning code (flashing) 12, but no fault code (constant) 12.

Is there a more comprehensive list of fault codes other than the user manual a person can get for Axperts btw?

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

The real difference between a fault code and a warning is the ERROR indicator versus the ̣̣ warning indicator to the right of the code.

Without digging up ancient firmware, I'd say that it's a warning after all. I don't find fault code 12 set in an Axpert MKS 5K firmware.

Edit: then again, the manual does say that all warning codes will be flashing. What main (U1) firmware is it running?

If you can nominate a main firmware version number, and  if I happen to have it in my collection, I can usually find it and figure out what triggers it by reverse engineering the firmware. That's the ultimate documentation 😮
