Controlling clients Sonoff devices

Featured Replies

Hello :)

i have managed to share a scene from eWelink app from my clients setup to my eWelink.

however when I want to toggle the below I get the message from the screenshot.

IS there a way I can controll the devices that are linked to the scene items etc and control it ?Screenshot_2023-01-31-18-02-29-25_41b172fd405cd4f56cfde6a38027ffd1.thumb.jpg.95e31bceee0fbfe44add817b5a9aa94e.jpg

Hello :)

came on now to update.

you are correct, I was able to share the individual devices so I can controll those.

I have the scene set up for the loadshedder and now I can control each item as needed in case it goes all opposite.

to add I also changed the settings thing to be to Last State when device powers up again.

It was set to off on all of them and causing issues when getting power again after an inverter flat battery. At one point the fridges would only run in loadshedding using the battery...

Hi

The solution is to run your devices/schedules from scenes. When LoadShedder is "ON" then you turn "OFF" the device and "DISABLE" scene automatically with in the Load sheading scene.

When LoadShedder is “OFF” you let the Recovery scene "Enable" the scenes and not the device.  When the time/schedule matches a given time it will turn "ON" based on the scene pushing the device "ON" from the eWelink server.

Also please set last power stat to off.
