Batteries remain at 52.2V

Featured Replies

Hi and thanks for your advice.

4 x 12V 180AH lead acid batteries in series

Floating Volts set to 54.3V

BUT, after load shedding, it charges to 54.3V but then gradually drops to 52.2V and remains there. It also shows that battery voltage is going out. Why is that?

Thanks. Deon

During charging the 54.3V is spot on. A lead acid that is fully charged does show 51.2V and higher under no load and that is about the float level. No problem with your levels.
