Imeon inverter 3.6 not charging pylontech batteries any more. Any installer able to assist - we have a spare inverter which we could replace the working inverter with but need someone who is able to program the Imeon.  

I solve problem by contact imeon support (software problem). I open tiket for support, connect inverter to internet and wait.

Also, need to connect battery via CAN to inverter, activate battery mode in menu and select pylontech as battery.

Thanks for your response we have connected the inverter via the ima box and have contacted Imeon and they have agreed to do a software update. We are not able to connect to monitoring as we never received a sign in but hoping that they are able to connect and the update resolves the issue.
