His Masters voice and his master wants the solution on the cheap, else it may impact on his profits.
Why don't they incentivize it and make the whole installation tax deductible, seeing that Eskom is financed by the tax payers in the first place.

So all his intelligence undermining solutions are based on handouts from the tax payers, i.e. those that already pay. Not a single mention of those that are given everything for free. 
Put solar on traffic lights and tomorrow the solar and the traffic lights are gone,
