This inverter is sold under a different brand and there is a value of 44-57. Are these values stored in the DSP or MCU? Will updating MCU to 2.81 fix my problem?

Not offering an answer for the problem but the normal setting range for these inverters is 44-51V as you have found. Designed with lead acid in mind where 51V is a high level to switch to grid during discharge.
