Good day. Can someone please advise where we can get RJ45 paralleling cables. We are going to install the 2 SNA5000 in parallel and need to have the cables and can’t find . I tried calling the Luxpower technical manager and Operation manager and they are not picking up their phones. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate. 
 

I just need a place where I can get the cables.

Where are you located? The cable appears to be a normal over the counter cable 1-1 2-2 3-3 4-4 5-5 6-6 7-7 8-8

Hi Mako. Didn’t notice the configuration you sent. According to what you sent it seems like it’s normal. I had no idea as most are configured differently esp on batteries. Can I assume that you have used it to parallel two or more Luxpower inverters and it was a success?

Hi we are installing 2x  5kw lux power inverters they don't want to communicate in parralel if we switch the one off the error 29 sad face goes to the next inverter ...10x 460 hitai panels are connected please help
