Hi, I have been reading the forum, I found this post https://powerforum.co.za/topic/17123-pylontech-us3000c-battery-produces-no-output-accepts-no-charge/ where it's explained a problem with the BMS fuse that I guess I have the same issue, but not sure.

I was able to build my own cable and connect battery's BMS with BatteryView 3.0.28. I also tried to understand the info provided in history and event logs, however they are totally unreadble for me, I understand almost nothing about the info that are in them.

Here are the files Pylontech-BatteryView-Logs.zip, can anyone help me with them, give some advice or share a blog/manual or anything with info about the meaning of the terms that are in the logs? For example, I learnt from here that "SC" means "Short Circuit", etc.

Thank you in advance

Hi @Nexuss, thanks for your reply.

This battery was connected to an Axpert King Rack 3KW 48V and by that time I'm sure there was no comunication between battery BMS and inverter.

Actually I have two batteries, here are the logs of the other one Pylontech-BatteryView-Logs.zip. This second battery seems to be working, but I'm almost sure that isn't working properly as the after a couple of days working it shuts down.

If you still have the other one connected disconnect it asap. The second one is is also going to get fried if its not already. You have to figure out your charging voltages before connecting them again. Pylontech wil most definitely not honour a warranty on those batteries as they have seen lots of abuse ,cells of both packs have reached 3,7V so the cells are likely also compromised now.
