Assuming that they work like the Axperts, and I believe that they do, yes you get twice the charging current. But each inverter still talks about its own 80 A. You can have different limits in the two inverters, e.g. 60 A on one and 50 A on the other, for a total of 110 A. So you still have 10 A "resolution" on the maximum charge current setting, not 20 A.
