April 10, 20188 yr i have an infini 3kw installed on my premisises. The problem is when i connect it via usb and solar power software it connects fine but in device control the my power management option disappears . so i cannot choose any sort of mode i am stuck in off grid mode . Also in parameters settings my options are limited. i am using solar power ver 1.20 sp1 . i bought 2 inverters and both have the same issue.
April 11, 20188 yr Hi @Chris Hobsonand @shahzad I am using Solarpower V1.10 and my setup works fine. My power management is displayed with all the options. Can you try the V1.1 version and see if this makes a difference. Regards Mark
