Morning All, need some advise please. I do have 2 Kodak 5.6 in Parallel, connected to 3x 100Ah Shoto 4.8 batteries. The Problem is that during Load shedding I will get a 04 error code, what I think its a battery Low Warning. But on Inverter Screen in shows 48.2V and battery Led,s (all 4 of them are green). I don't know if the settings are wrong, any ideas please. Thanks

Hi Swannie.

I assume you are running the Battery with User settings.

The voltage curve of Lithium is very flat. Using the voltage settings will give you a low voltage warning. I am unsure if the Kodak can be setup to talk to the Shoto BMS.

This will also give your inverter a battery idea of the state of charge and control your charge voltage.

Greetings Swannie

Thank you for your inquiry.

Please ensure the following:

- parameter settings are set as per manual

- dipswitch settings set accordingly

- the pin outs on the cable be aligned

Best,

Daniel
