I recently bought an RCT T1000s trolley inverter with 100aH battery.

I installed the inverter in my spare room which has my fiber router, alarm system, POE wireless AP. I have power coming from the wall socket into the input on the inverter, i then have a multiplug into the 1 output plug on the inverter (which has the router, fiber ONT, alarm system and POE power for a wireless AP) and then an extension from the second output to my lounge to run my TV and media box. The problem i am finding is when the power goes out the inverter kicks in as normal, however if i only have the multiplug drawing power, the inverter stops giving power for 3 to 5 seconds, it then starts giving power again for a few seconds and then off. The unit itself stays on, but the output voltage on the screen goes from 220, to 0, then back to 220 then zero. If i then put more draw on the other plug like the TV, light or a fan etc. then it stays on giving power and runs normally.

It seems like the router, POE wireless AP and alarm system are not drawing enough to keep the inverter alive, is the best way i can describe it. Once the draw is higher it runs normally without issue.

Does anyone know if there is there perhaps a setting i have missed that can stop this from happening, or a device i can add to stop this happening and have the inverter run all the time as normal? The only setting i changed was the function to set the mains supply as the preferred mode so that it only uses the battery power when the mains are off i.e. loadshedding. 

@Jethro Penny Some of the RCT Axpert inverters have a power saving mode. Check setting 04 . Set to default SdS. SEN is powersaving mode.
