Hello, I have a problem with the inverter. The inverter increases the battery charging voltage, even though I set a specific charging voltage. There is an explanation in the picture Can anyone help? 

Short overshoots of up to 10 seconds are unfortunately not uncommon, with most overshoots lasting only a few seconds. 

Does your battery voltage stay over the bulk charging voltage setting (here 28.0V) for longer than 10 seconds? If so, you may have a hardware fault. It could also be a calibration error, which is fixable with commands. If yours is a low PV voltage model (145V PV max or lower), then the solar charger is a separate computer that measures the battery voltage independently of the main inverter's computer. Can you use a multimeter to confirm the battery voltage as reported by the inverter?

He increases the voltage without any intervention from me Continuous every day The batteries were lost because of it I don't know what the reason is

Ah, VM III Twin. The most recent 56.xx firmware that I have is 56.11 from February 2023. I guess there is a small chance that they have fixed this problem by then.

I just updated and a problem occurred to me in the morning. The inverter did not charge the batteries from solar energy. 

What's the reason
